Denisha Lockett
Denisha Lockett is the founder of L.E.T. Movement where she specializes in providing mobile health and well being services. She is a Speaker, Health & Wellness Coach, Reiki Master, BARS Practitioner, and CAMTC Licensed Massage Therapist; Denisha is dedicated to nurturing, supporting, coaching and helping people transition, heal and transform during difficult times in their lives. She believes connecting to the body is essential to achieve alignment within all parts of one self.
Denisha has provided therapeutic massage to over a thousand people. Emphasizing wellness in the work place she routinely provides onsite chair massage for companies and hospitals surrounding the San Francisco bay area. She has studied connection for over 20 years. She’s sat on multiple panels and spoken to many groups including high school students and women in the community about the importance of self esteem, health, and self care.
