Jacob & Lindsay Sloan
Jacob and Lindsay Sloan first began homebrewing six years ago when the couple finally put to use a kit Lindsay had purchased Jacob as a gift. What began as a curiosity soon became an obsession, and the two found that they loved the recipe development process; collecting ideas, combining flavors, and perfecting aromas in a brew they could call their own. Before long, the home brewery began to overflow out of the spare room and into the kitchen, and that's when the Sloans decided to take the leap and open their nanobrewery and taproom, On Rotation in Dallas, Texas, serving their own beers as well as a selection of constantly rotating favorites from around the world. Now the two continue to brew in addition to holding down their full-time jobs because of the passion they have for brewing and crafting beer.
