John Cromer
John is a former Senior Corporate Job Developer for “Michigan Works! Affiliates”, and a former Stability Case Manager for President Barack Obama’s Homelessness Prevention and Rapid Re-housing Program through Neighborhood Legal Services Michigan in Detroit.
John is an active member of Hartford Memorial Baptist Church in Detroit, where he served as Chairman of the Hartford Employment and Returning Citizens Ministry.
John has presented to and helped to fill positions at Fortune 500 Companies like AutoZone, Ford Motor Company, Walmart, Comcast Cable Company, McDonalds, Bank of America and others.
John received the 2014 Detroit Medical Center’s Commitment to Excellence Award;
2012 Mountain Mover Award; 2007 Empowerment Summit Award; Rosa Parks Tolerance Award, 2006 State of the African American Male Initiative Award and titled as one of “Who's Who in Black Detroit, and various awards and for his efforts to lift people from dependency to the productive world of employment.
