Alex Bennell
Alex Bennell is an SAP Financials applications consultant, experienced in implementation, optimisation and transformation projects, and now operates as a finance solution architect. Alex has a successful track record in the private and public sectors and extensive experience in industry sectors including retail, media and advertising, automotive, tax collection and local government. With his in-depth knowledge of “classic” finance, Alex is now leading on Simple Finance for Capgemini UK and is recognised more widely within the group for expertise in this area. With direct experience of Simple Finance proof of concepts and prototyping, he is working with customers in the UK and Europe to develop their IT roadmaps for finance. Currently working for a major UK brand in the FTSE100, Alex is leading the finance stream within a business transformation programme, for which SAP Simple Finance and new wave finance applications are a key component of the journey.
