Dan Fagan
Dan Fagan is a member of SAP America’s Industry Value Engineering (IVE) team where he focuses on helping customers assess the business value and impact of SAP S/4HANA and SAP Simple Finance. He joined SAP in 2006 to help SAP grow the global business performance benchmarking program. Before moving to the America’s team, Dan spent many years on SAP’s Global Value Engineering team where he created, launched and supported business process benchmark offerings. Dan led the design, development and launch of SAP’s next generation global benchmarking and business case building platform, Value Lifecycle Manager (VLM). Prior to SAP, Dan headed business development for a cloud sales proficiency management/training company (Quelsys) and spent many years managing global benchmarking practices at Gartner. Dan holds an MBA in International Business and a BS in Computer Information Systems.
