Michael Palmer
Michael Palmer is a Partner in the New York office of Sanford Heisler Kimpel, LLP. He received his law degree from New York University School of Law and has been twice selected as a Super Lawyers “Rising Star.” Michael represents individuals in complex litigations, including wage and hour class actions, False Claims Act lawsuits, and employment discrimination actions. His recent work includes litigating a lawsuit on behalf of drivers who allege they were misclassified as independent contractors; representing female pharmaceutical reps asserting they were paid less than their male counterparts; and prosecuting on behalf of a health care worker alleging his former employer engaged in illegal kickbacks. Mr. Palmer has represented 1000s of individuals who suffered unpaid wages, employment discrimination and harassment and has recovered millions of dollars on their behalf.
