Dr. P.M.H. Atwater
Dr P.M.H. Atwater is one of the preeminent researchers in the field of near-death studies. As a child, Dr. Atwater was able to perceive multiple dimensions of consciousness. As an adult, she experienced three near-death experiences in 1977, the final of which prompted her research into Near-Death Experiences and the start of her writing career. Over the years, Dr. Atwater has collected data from nearly 7000 adults and children, published more than 11 books translated into 12 languages, has been a popular guest on many television and radio programs, a presenter at various conferences around the world including two presentations to the UN, and she has been the recipient of many awards including the Lifetime Achievement and Special Services Award in 2009 from the International Association for Near Death Studies (IANDS). She is seeking volunteers for her current research project that considers the lifelong impact of very early life experiences.
