Sharon Matthews is President and CEO of eLynx, a leading provider of electronic document and data delivery for financial services companies. In her eight years as head of eLynx, Sharon has created a distinct vision, strong management team, and a clear strategic plan with an unwavering commitment to carrying it out. Sharon navigated eLynx through The Great Recession, the worst financial crisis of our time. Her leadership has allowed the company to consistently outperform the market and deliver revenue and profitability results that have exceeded expectations. She previously held roles with Solectron, Blackhog and United Customer Management Solutions. She was named to HousingWire’s Influential Women of Housing list. As Chair of the Board for City Year San Jose/Silicon Valley, Sharon is also strongly invested in the future of our next great leaders. She works with fellow mentors and schools to improve education standards and graduation rates for today’s at-risk youth.
