Kenneth Efird
As a proven leader in marketing and operations, Kenneth D. Efird has been instrumental in leading organizational change. Joining Nobilis Healthcare Inc. in 2010 as Director of Clinical Operations, managing center operations and business development, his results-oriented approach has been influential in increasing revenues of $14 million in 2012 to an expected $74 million in 2014 . In 2013, Kenneth undertook development of an in-house marketing department that would both increase revenue through Direct to Consumer programs and decrease the expense of the current external marketing agency. In a little over a year, Northstar Healthcare has grown to a complete advertising agency, consisting of creative, media, market analysis, and digital teams. He currently serves as COO, overseeing operations, clinical services, and marketing efforts for all locations.
