He currently leads Technology Strategy and Technology Management for Consumers Energy, Jackson, MI. Consumers Energy, focused on safe, excellent operations and providing an exceptional customer experience to every customer, every time, is currently deploying smart metering and smart grid technologies to further enhance the customer experience.
