Katica Roy
An award-winning learning leader with almost two decades of broad-based L&D experience, Katica Roy has a rare combination of expertise in and passion for talent development, performance and learning analytics, and sales enablement. Uniquely, she is also a learning leader who can leverage L&D excellence to drive sales with customers via effective pre-sales participation. A contributor to publications of the Association for Talent Development (ATD) and International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI), Katica has also presented at conferences and events for ATD and Training Magazine. Currently the Vice President of Learner Experience and Impact at SAP, she leads learner user experience and analytics for SAP's 74,500 employees.
