Alexandra Koenig
Alexandra Koenig is working for a non profit-making organization that provides for children aged 1-3 whose parents work. She is in charge of five houses, 35 employees and takes care of about 250 children each year. From her 15 years experience in organization she is convinced that adults can learn a lot from children and about children. Unfortunately the current system of kindergarten, school, college and university has not caught up yet but things will change. Adults and educationalists such as teachers have to be open for the changes and the gifts that children bring with them and see every child as a wonderful individual. Some years ago Alexandra got to know Ingrid Auer's spiritual work which changed her life completely in a very positive way.
