Liam McLaughlin is the InStruct Program Manager for LinkedIn. Liam spent 10 years in sales (both b2b and b2c) before joining LinkedIn almost 2 years ago. He has always been proactive about analyzing his industry to have a very in-depth knowledge of the product and service offerings available, ultimately aimed at being educated to make better recommendations for clients and making sure their expectations are exceeded.
