Johanne Lavoie is a Partner at McKinsey & Company. After spending the first decade of her career working in the fields of post-merger management and large-scale transformations in manufacturing or service operations, Johanne has focused the last 12 years of her career on next generation leadership and the human dimensions in transformational contexts.
Combining over two decades of applied business experience with in-depth expertise in organizational and adult development and people-intensive system change, Johanne helps individual leaders and executive teams of global companies facing transformational change. As such, she spends a significant part of her integrating innovative approaches to influence profound changes in mindsets, behaviours, interaction dynamics, and stories, in business contexts. She also spends time speaking, teaching, facilitating executive team journeys, and coaching senior executives in facing the daily challenges of inspiring, innovating and leading.
