Tony Gareri has led Roma Moulding, a top North American picture frame manufacturer, for the past 5 years. After joining his traditional family-run company in 1999 as a Marketing Manager Gareri took over the leadership of the company in 2010, and decided to focus his attention on rejuvenating the business by placing a premium on employees happiness. This allowed Tony to lead his organization through an extraordinary cultural transformation turning Roma into an industry leader renowned for outstanding company culture. Gareri has been featured in the media (Forbes & Globe and Mail) and is an active corporate advocate and speaker on Culture and Employee Happiness. Alongside Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg and Apple’s SVP of Software Development Craig Federighi, Tony was also named one of 2014’s Most Passionate Leaders by Toast Master Magazine. Today, Tony mentors a number of organizations including Great Places to Work Canada winner, 360incentives.
