Anna Claudia Goncalves has more than 22 years of experience in multinational companies as a proven executive in international environments with a profound knowledge of strategy, transformation and coaching. She has served in executive positions in 10 countries as Portugal, Spain, France, United Kingdom, Italy, Brazil, Angola, China, Mexico and the United States As a CEO, she managed an annual budget and production of services equivalent to more than 1,000 FTE (more than 1.8 Million hours a year) taking the responsibility for the implementation of the Technology & Operations Model of the Santander Group in the Mexican Unit, and serving other IT Group Units in Spain, Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, Venezuela, Colombia, Puerto Rico and the USA. As Managing Director, she launched the Global Services Hub in Mexico, providing a specialized high value offers with main focus in American region, serving USA/Puerto Rico, Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Brazil, Uruguay and Argentina.
