Todd Yellin
A ten-year veteran at Netflix, Todd Yellin is responsible for leveraging vast amounts of data, sophisticated algorithms and best-in-class user interfaces across numerous viewing devices (PCs, smart TVs, tablets, smart phones, game consoles, set top boxes, etc.) to create a brain-dead easy way for Netflix members to find something great to watch. As the head of product, he is in charge of a team of product, design and consumer insight leaders who guide dozens of large scale, double-blind A/B tests to drive forward ideas that have helped Netflix become the global leader in internet entertainment. In January 2014 The Atlantic profiled Yellin and some of his innovative work as the leader of Netflix’s personalization effort.
