Ruth Henderson
Ruth is one of the founding partners of Whiteboard Consulting Group Inc.. Whiteboard is a training & facilitation company that works with organizations that are going through significant change to uncover hidden opportunities to improve business results.
Ruth has more than 25 years of experience in both the private and public sectors, and is a proven leader, mentor, and certified coach. She has an MBA from Queen’s University and her specialized training came later when she was the first person to be certified as a Black Belt in Ford Motor Company’s global roll-out of Six Sigma process methodology.
Ruth also spent more than 5 years in a senior leadership role within the Ontario Public Service. There she built and lead an innovative and ground-breaking team of more than 60 employees focused on business effectiveness and identifying over a $100 M in savings opportunities in innovative modern service delivery.
