Lee Murphy, Ph.D., CPA is the founder & CEO of Integrated Case Management L3C (ICM3), a social entrepreneurial venture dedicated to transforming the health of patients with multiple chronic conditions.
Through his vision and facilitation, he co-created an integrated approach to patient lifestyle change in a population that is not supported by the current health care/insurance industries.
