Andrzej Hutniczak
Andrzej Hutniczak, Capgemini, SVP - Business Services Innovation, is a Senior Vice President at Capgemini Business Services responsible for Innovation. Starting his career working for Coopers and Lybrand, followed by PwC, Andrzej has over 19 years of industry experience, 15 of which have been in various BPO roles, including a number of delivery, transition, transformation, solution and account management leadership positions. In recent years, Andrzej has overseen the complex delivery of end to end processes provided from multiple centers across the globe – and in 2013, he took on a global role as the Head of Finance and Accounting with a mission of sustaining Capgemini’s market-leading position in Finance and Accounting outsourcing. Since 2014 Andrzej has been leading a global team of solution and commercial architects. He is also responsible for managing the entire BPO Product life cycle and ensuring that Capgemini's innovation is well captured in our solutions.
