Frank Healy
Frank Healy is a 56 year old Licensed Professional Counselor and Life Coach. He remembers every day of his life since he was six years old and is classified by the University of California as having Hyperthymesia or Highly Superior Autobiographical Memory. This includes the day of the week, the weather, news and personal events for the past 50 years.Remembering every day of his life had it's good and bad points. The good points were that he remembers all of the fun he has had in his life. However, the bad points include the memory of every bad day at work, romantic breakups, along with the feelings that accompany the memories. He had to learn to release the bed feelings, learn from the memories, and empower himself. This fueled the desire to help others do the same. Although most of us do not remember every day of our lives we all have memories that we need to heal.
Frank lives in Dennisville, New Jersey with his wife Janet. He enjoys reading, writing, and swimming.
