Clare Novak
Award-winning international Human Resources and Leadership Consultant, with over 25 years’ experience, versed in HR, leadership development, teambuilding, and organizational development. Ms. Novak has developed HR policies, consulted with gender equity teams, and facilitated numerous training sessions. In 2014, she earned Certification in StrengthsFinder® from Gallup®. Her international experience includes Europe, Asia and Africa as well as North America. She is currently Sr. Associate HR/Change Management for the USAID Engendering Utilities Program.
Ms. Novak is the author of two business books and numerous articles. She is a sought after speaker having addressed international conferences, including ATD (Association for Talent Development), SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) and the World HRD Congress, Mumbai, India.
