Michael Grojean, Ph.D.
Dr Michael Grojean serves as Principal of Grojean & Associates, Inc., a leadership company currently specializing in the focus of areas of Integration, Alignment and Culture. He has previously served on a faculty appointment at Rice University as Professor in the Practice of Management and Executive Director, leading Executive Education as well as delivering programs in both ExecEd and the Professional/ Executive MBAs.
Dr. Grojean was a member of the faculty at Aston Business School in the United Kingdom
