Dr. Jac Fitz-enz
Dr. Jac, as he is known worldwide as the father of human capital analytics. He has published 14 books and over 450 articles.
Prior to becoming a novelist, he was a naval intelligence officer and in international consultant working in 46 countries where he trained nearly 100,000 people on return on investment and predictive analytics. Two of his books, Human Value Management (1990) and The ROI of Human Capital (2000) won the Book of the Year Award from the Society for Human Resources Management. His books are translated into Chinese, German, Indonesian, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish and Turkish.
