Joe Fuller
Joe Fuller is an expert in leading technology companies from inception through market launch, revenue growth, and successful exits. As Co-Founder and CTO at Vehcon, Inc., he leads development of systems utilizing smartphone-based technologies and advanced image processing to capture important vehicle and driver data for auto insurers and other markets. Previously, Joe was Executive Vice President at Airsage (cellular network signaling data for population location, mobility, and transportation applications). His 30-year track record of product and market innovation also includes executive roles at Flexplay Technologies, LidRock, AtlanticWeb / Arcadus, ClickChoice, Abaco Mobile, ADAM Software, and Hayes Microcomputer Products (PC modem inventors). He earned a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University, MBA from Georgia State University’s J. Mack Robinson College of Business, and holds two U.S. Patents.
