Jeff has a focus on the candidate experience by leveraging his background in digital marketing and consumer behavior. Jeff has a long history in SaaS/cloud based technology solution. Before joining SAP SuccessFactors, Jeff has held leadership roles in, customer profile management and governance, risk and compliance; as well as led the product division in email marketing and ecommerce and was a researcher at Gartner.
