Stacy Alsides
Stacy Alsides, Service Director in the Recruiting Practice at 3D Results, has worked in recruiting as an account manager, project manager, senior project manager, and implementation consultant for ten years. Introduced to SAP SuccessFactors in 2009, she is an expert in the application’s capabilities. Stacy is fueled by the desire to help the right candidates find the right jobs; she always considers the needs of both the business and the end user. At 3D Results, Stacy works with clients on deploying SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management, Recruiting Marketing, and Onboarding tools. Previously, she held a leadership position at SAP SuccessFactors, guiding a team responsible for driving customer value, satisfaction, renewals, and growth. Stacy joined SuccessFactors as a Project Manager when SAP SuccessFactors acquired Jobs2Web’s recruiting marketing software. At Jobs2Web, she provided day-to-day client management for the recruiting solutions of domestic and international clients.
