DR. MARY LIPPITT is an award-winning author and speaker, business consultant, and the founder of Enterprise Management Ltd., an international consulting and training organization.
For the past 30+ years, Mary’s thought leadership and her groundbreaking work on Situational Mindsets has enabled leaders around the world to successfully navigate change, avoid pitfalls and deliver results. Her new book Situational Mindsets: Targeting What Matters When It Matters is based on her research. Her research continues with the Situational Mindset Indicator.
