Sarah Josey is a Clinical Herbalist, Nutritionist, and Owner of Golden Poppy Herbal Apothecary, a full service clinic and retail store located in Fort Collins, CO. Sarah’s education includes the study biochemistry, herbalism and nutrition from the North American Institute of Medical Herbalism and Aviva Romm’s Herbal Medicine for Women course. She is a trained Hormone Cure Practitioner, has a Level 1 certification from Precision Nutrition, and is a certified Mother Roaster, Sacred Fertility instructor, and Sacred Birth Journey Facilitator. She is passionate about bringing herbalism back into the mainstream healing world and helping people achieve health naturally. Her practice combines a blend of traditional herbal wisdom as well as the latest research and knowledge on herbs and nutrition. In this way she has the ability to use what has worked for centuries by traditional healers as well as the many advancements that the modern health field has to offer.
