Jordan Pettman
Jordan Pettman, Nestlé, Global Head, HR Data and Analytics, recently joined Nestlé to lead the group in the HR data governance, People Analytics and Planning. In this large, global and complex organization, Jordan has a focus on all things organsational people analytics, from enabling the provisioning of regular people insights to drive better decision making, to identifying opportunities to continually improve the practice through application of new technologies and processes. Jordan has over 10 years of experience in Workforce Analytics and Strategic Workforce Planning, working globally in consulting with Infohrm, SuccessFactors and SAP as well as most recently leading the Talent Analytics service offering for IBM Global Business Service, Europe.
