Bernhard Plecher
Bernhard Plecher is the co-founder and Managing Director of the Westhouse Group in Germany, which also has branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland, Italy and Hong Kong. Before the foundation of Westhouse in 2002, Bernhard worked as a business consultant for global companies such as Air Liquide, Philips, Siemens and Accenture in various cities around the globe such as Buenos Aires, Paris, London, Sydney and Mexico City. During that time, he decided with his best friend and business partner Markus Steinbeisser to start a company using best practices in Management which he gathered during his work experience in consulting. Today, he focuses on leading Westhouse with a balanced work environment for employees that combines the necessity of performance with human values.
