Lawrence A Kotlow
Lawrence A. Kotlow, DDS, PC is a board certified specialist in pediatric dentristy and expert in tethered oral tissues (TOTS), including tongue-tie and lip-tie. After attending the Albany College of Pharmacy and the SUNY Buffalo School of Dentistry, he completed a two-year residence in pediatric dentistry at the Children’s Hospital of Cincinnati. He has been a practicing pediatric dentist in Albany, NY since 1974. Dr. Kotlow is one of only 18 dentists recognized by the Academy of Laser Dentistry to certify other dentists in standard proficiency to use lasers.
