Vinay Kumar
Vinay Kumar provides leadership coaching and designs and delivers leadership development programs in Europe, Asia, Middle-East and North America. His primary focus is the IT and Engineering sectors. He is with the TEOCO Corporation, which has offices in over 15 countries and serves clients in over 100 countries.
He holds the designation of Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coaches Federation, and is a graduate of Georgetown University's Leadership Coaching program. He also holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Maryland. His experience includes Fortune 50, US Federal Service, and co-owning and growing a privately held family-owned business.
His roles have included business development, marketing, client services, training, and operations. He also volunteers his time with The Mankind Project. Vinay lives in Great Falls, Virginia with his wife and 2 daughters.
