Rebecca Gasca
Rebecca Gasca is the founder and CEO of Pistil + Stigma and co-founder and managing partner of Greenlight Drafts. Rebecca’s community outreach, policy, and legislative background began in 2008 as the primary lobbyist for the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) of Nevada. At the ACLU, her non-partisan, coalition building approach garnered attention and support from unexpected allies across the political spectrum on hundreds of pieces of legislation. Under Rebecca’s direction, Pistil + Stigma is a full service firm focusing on social impact while utilizing traditional and non-traditional community relations and public outreach tools, supporting clients in areas stretching from energy policy and juvenile justice to medical marijuana and national health care issues, as well as economic and business development.
