Annette is a master storyteller, consultant and author of "The Story Factor: Influence, and Persuasion Through the Art of Storytelling". She first picked up a book about psychology when she was 14. She then started Group Process Consulting when she was 35, and began to seek answers to vital questions via qualitative research and experimentation.
