She holds significant in-depth expertise in the areas of legal compliance, global human resources, leadership development and training, labor and employee relations, and strategic organizational planning enabling rapid business growth. Barbara earned her MA and Ed.S. in Education from Georgia State University, and her J.D. from the University of Denver School of Law where she received the John Phillip Linn Labor Arbitration Law Award and the American Jurisprudence Labor Law Award.
