Dr. Andrew Vidich
Dr. Andrew Vidich is an award winning author, consultant and international
speaker in the fields of meditation, mysticism, and leadership. He holds a doctorate in Religion with a specialization in the transformational methods within different religious traditions, and a specialization in Islamic Sufism. His most recent book Light Upon Light: Five Master Paths to Awaken the Mindful Self won the best book award in the category of Eastern Religion by USA Book News. He also co-authored The Heart of the Healer, and The Heart of Healing, two anthologies of writings including chapters by Norman Cousins, Richard Moss, and Bernie Siegel, Deepak Chopra, and Andrew Weill along with several books on modern mysticism and healing, among them Love Is A Secret: The Mystic Quest for Divine Love. Dr. Vidich was an adjunct professor of Religion at Manhattan and Iona colleges and taught courses in Meditation, Islamic Studies, Religion and Death and Dying.
