Robert Meeropol
Robert Meeropol is an attorney, author, activist, and the younger son of Ethel and Julius Rosenberg. In 1990 Robert founded the Rosenberg Fund for Children and served as its Executive Director until 2013. Robert remains on the RFC’s Board of Directors. His blog, Still Out on a Limb, which concentrates on climate change, human rights and politics is at www.robertmeeropol.com/blog. Robert wrote An Execution in the Family and has been on numerous programs, including 60 Minutes and the HBO documentary, Heir to an Execution. More than 30,000 news stories on the campaign to exonerate Ethel Rosenberg, including news reports by the Associated Press, CNN, all the network news channels and the Washington Post, have run in the U.S. and other countries including Canada, England, Israel and Japan. 45,000 people have signed a petition to exonerate Ethel.
