As the Vice President of GP Strategies Learning Solutions Group, Matt Donovan has more than 20 years of experience crafting training and development solutions with a focus on performance-driven learning. Leading the production of more than 300 custom online courses for several Fortune 500 companies, his team develops courseware for sales, marketing, manufacturing, clinical research, compliance, leadership, and ethics. Many of Matt’s courses employ a scenario-based approach focusing on reinforcing authentic work practice. He holds an M.S. in instructional systems technology from Indiana University.
