Patrick J. Cruickshank, MBA, CFM has been CEO of Chilean Metals Inc. since March 2016. Since 2013, he has been active as Pres. and CEO of Cogonov Inc., successfully raising over 2 million dollars and negotiating 2 joint ventures on 3 of its Iron Oxide Copper Gold (IOCG) projects in Nova Scotia in a challenging economic environment, also serving as CEO and Director at Minotaur Atlantic Exploration Ltd. For the past 5 years, Mr. Cruickshank has been instrumental in the Private Equity space in the US & Canada. Most recently, Energy & Mining Resource companies, both in Canada & Texas. With a highly extensive background in the financial industry, he has over 15 years working in the securities industry with Merrill Lynch, Citigroup Smith Barney and several other securities firms and was Founder of Commonwealth Advisors LLC in the United States.
Patrick is also a former Canadian Olympic Soccer Player and US Olympic Development Staff Coach. He now enjoys coaching his 5 children in Texas.
