David Wright
David Wright is a thought leader in Higher Education Strategy, an entrepreneur and investor. Commencing his career as a competition lawyer, by the age of 30 David became CEO's of a $2bn national mobile network operator. Since then David has founded 11 companies and served as a senior executive in a number of others. For the past 10 years David’s focus has been on transforming education. He has served as Vice President of one of Australia’s largest public universities (Macquarie University) and has advised over 30 other institutions on designing and executing change in education. David is currently the COO of the Capital Markets CRC Ltd - provider of big-data research, education and software to financial market participants and is the Chairman and owner of strategy design and execution firm Higher Education Consulting Group and accessibility social venture Global Access Project.
