Ashwell Glasson
Ashwell Glasson has a wide ranging background from BsC Training and Development, to upcoming 2018 course in Masters in Philosophy: Conflict Management;; National Diploma in Game Ranging; National Diploma: Occupationally-directed Education; Labour Market Economics and Information Analysis; Values Based Leadership and Strategic Business Management and University Leadership and Management Programmes. His focus is delivering and evaluation of accredited training, internships, experiential learning and development projects on behalf of NCC and full range of activities from standards/qualification development, quality assurance, compliance, strategic planning, facilitation, and mentoring. Responsibilities include budgetary planning, project financial management, proposal development, staff management, team logistics, facilitator/assessors and providing internal and external support to various service lines and units with regards environmental and enabling training and related projects.
