Sachin Bapat
Sachin Bapat is a senior advisor in SAP’s Value Advisory for discrete manufacturing companies. He helps C-Level executives with strategy definition and investment decisions. He is passionate about helping American manufacturing stay competitive with digital technology by reimagining the value proposition and its delivery. He can relate to business issues first-hand, having managed a fabrication business as a general manager in the past. In his seven years with SAP, Sachin has consulted with customers on how to realize value from their technology investments while accelerating the deployment. A mechanical engineer by training, he has spent 16 years in CNC, manufacturing in automotive, aerospace and industrial plants across the globe. Prior to joining SAP he implemented SAP ERP at a $6B metals distribution and fabrication company. Sachin holds an MBA from University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
