Mark Bertsche, M.S.M.
Mark Bertsche joined Talent Plus ® in 1997 following 22 years of active duty service with the U.S. Navy. Having been at Talent Plus for 20 years, he currently serves as the Director of Leadership Consulting and Education. Bertsche provides senior-level executives with analyses and recommendations that will build, grow and develop Talent-Based Organizations ®. As a Director in the Talent Plus People PlusSM practice, Bertsche works closely with clients to create growth strategies in the areas of leadership development, positive 360s, coaching, change management, succession planning, measurement and evaluation, and talent-based teams through the philosophies of strengths-management and positive psychology.
