Sheron Foster
Sheron Foster is an empirically self taught mixed media artist, water colorist, and pen& ink designer. With a background in the recovery, healing and spiritual arenas, she draws from a deep place within to create soothing, yet empowering pieces for the viewers inner immersion with self truth & higher guidance. Series such as the Sedona Soul Maps, Sedona Heart Maps & Goddess Yoni Art, are offering which combining art with meditation, in the Vedic tradition of Trataka, open-gaze meditation. Sheron currently lives in Sedona with her beloved, ceramist John Foster, of Trial By Fire studio. She greatly enjoys being a consultant for the Illuminate Film Festival & is also on staff with the amazing teachers, doctors & all-around Whole Food Plant Based superstars of the Engine 2 & Forks Over Knives retreats, as their Yoga Teacher.
