brRon Romanos unique experience and education equips him well for his role as President CEO of Safety Net. Ron attended the University of Cincinnati where he majored in marketing and management, and also graduated from Deaconess Hospital School of Nursing, affiliated with Xavier University. Ron has served the healthcare profession in various capacities for the past 32 years, from his first critical care nursing position at Shriners Burn Institute for Children to his most recent position as President and CEO of Safety Net. Creating a safe environment and mitigating risk for patients and their caregivers has always been an important part of Rons work through Safety Net.Safety Net provides solutions through unique products that solve difficult problems that health care facilities face caring for complex patients. These situations have directed the path of Safety Net to areas including infection prevention, safe patient handling and pressure ulcer management.
