Whitney Duhaime is the VP at Denials Management. She graduated from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, Texas with an M.B.A. and a Master’s of Science in Organizational Leadership. She has an extensive background in insurance claims, customer service, and management. She has managed numerous small businesses where she gained skills in process improvement, employee performance management, along with conceptualizing and executing new projects and services. Prior to joining the Denials Management team, Whitney worked as an insurance claims professional at a large national insurance company.
