Kent Bevan
Kent focuses his practice in the fields of insurance law and litigation. He is a former managing director of Dysart Taylor. Kent has handled a wide variety of cases, including personal injury, property, casualty and liability; wrongful death; coverage analysis; and recovery subrogation.
In addition to practicing law full time, Kent served as a Reserve Officer in the Judge Advocate General’s Corps, concluding his military career as a Colonel.
Kent is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, the Missouri Supreme Court, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri, the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals, the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas.
