Jason is the CEO of Get Lighthouse, a San Francisco-based startup. He’s on a mission to help everyone be great managers and leaders. Jason believes anyone can become a great leader and motivate their teams by following best practices and building the right habits. That’s where Get Lighthouse comes in to help through their research-driven leadership blog, 1 on 1 meeting software, Manager Score benchmarking tool, and more. Prior to Lighthouse, Jason ran product at web analytics company KISSmetrics, and cofounded Greenhorn Connect, which he sold to the Capital Network in 2014. He’s an avid reader and passionate about health and fitness.
