Allison Robinson
Allison is the founder and chief executive officer of The Mom Project. She drives the company’s vision and strategy in redefining the path to professional success for women. Allison has spent eight years with Procter and Gamble managing enterprise relationships and building consumer-led market strategies. In her most recent role on the Pampers brand, Allison was able to delve deep into the minds and hearts of millennial moms to witness the change technology was having on the way women not only interact, but approach work. After welcoming her first child Asher in 2015, Allison recognized the tremendous opportunity to create a talent marketplace to bridge the gap between employers looking for top talent and the millions of educated and professionally accomplished mothers across the country looking for meaningful work.
